Our Grassroots Mission
CecilCAN is a grassroots effort to ensure Cecil County is developed in a fair, equitable, and sustainable way that benefits our community and preserves our way of life. We want to work with developers to ensure all future projects have input from the communities that they are impacting.
In order to fight irresponsible development effectively, we will need legal representation and to create a large presence in Cecil County. Please help us save our beautiful county!
Cecil County is filled with rich farmlands, lush woods, and diverse shorelines and wetlands, but most importantly Cecil County is our home. We have raised families, started businesses, made friends, and established our lives right here in this little slice of heaven.
All of that is at risk if the rampant development projects are left unchecked.
CecilCAN understands that development is inevitable and often good for the economy; however, we believe that our community should have a say in the development of our home.
Let's work together to protect Cecil County's future.
